This survey is conducted in the context of the Joint Action on Increasing Capacities of National Focal Point (JA NFP4Health) which aims to strengthen NFPs' knowledge and foster a consolidated and sustainable NFP network that can support Member States in achieving the health objectives established under the EU4Health Programme.
An ideal NFP Profile, indicating mission, functions, tasks and principles has been drafted to support the effective and sustainable implementation of the EU4Health programme at national level.
Setting a framework for the NFP System, where tasks and roles of the NFPs are clearly defined will enhance the services of the NFPs and will help establish an institutionalized NFP Network across the European Union and beyond.
The survey will contribute to finalize the definition of the EU4Health NFP profile (mission, functions, tasks and principles) and to enforce the basis of the institutionalized NFP network, starting from the national priorities, characteristics and needs.
The survey is targeted to a relevant target group: EU Stakeholders.
The survey has been carefully designed to ensure that the list of questions is consistently understood, including not only closed-ended questions to collect quantitative data, but also open-ended questions looking for specific qualitative data where answers will not be predetermined. Moreover, closed-questions has been designed using a Likert Scale with 5 possible responses, consisting of a statement or question, followed by a series of five answers. Furthermore, the physical layout of the survey has been designed to reduce the likelihood of errors on the respondents.
All the questions are mandatory if it not indicated the opposite. The estimated response time ranges from 20 to 25 minutes. We kindly ask to answer precisely in order to ensure an efficient evaluation of the survey.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, by filling in this survey, the respondent consents to the processing of the personal data provided for the purposes of pursuing the objectives of the JA NFP4Health project.
